I feel like Arjuna when I go home and have to do my homework. I can apply the message of Bhagavad Gita by doing things I don’t always want to do. Ancient Indians wouldn’t hesitate in Bhagavad Gita while Americans don’t always follow it.This can be used as a tool of oppression by telling people they have a duty.
I intend to become more informed and  knowledgeable about World Civilization in this class. I will also grow by being able to talk to others about history and what is happening throughout the world.
